Summer Speed Program

***This is a 4 week program***

3x per week – T/W/TH 10:30-11:30AM

Elevate your game and shave down your 40-60 times with our program.
– Use of high incline speed treadmill
– Strength training
– Plyometrics & Core work

5x per week – M/T/W/TH/F 9:30-10:30AM

All Ages Intro Class

Friday Introduction – 4-5PM Workout Class

Athletes will work on both strength and agility training.

Saturday Introduction – 9-10AM Workout Class

Athletes will work on both strength and agility training.

7-9 Year Olds

Tuesday/Thursday – 4-5PM Workout Class

Athletes will work on both strength and agility training. *Please note this class is a 12 week commitment.

10-12 Year Olds

Monday/Wednesday – 4-5PM Workout Class

Monday/Wednesday – 5-6PM Workout Class
