Summer Speed Program

***This is a 4 week program***

5x per week – M/T/W/TH/F Morning & Evening Classes

Get ready for your Summer Showcase at Iron Spikes. Gain 2-5mph of speed in just 4 weeks! We are committed to assessing movement patterns, developing athletes to move throughout a stronger kinetic chain while capitalizing on strength, speed, and agility over the course of 4 weeks.


– Use of High Incline High Speed treadmill
– Strength training
– Plyometrics & Core work

Morning SPEED classes take place from 9:30-10:30 AM

Evening SPEED classes take place from 5:00-6:00 PM

Power Hitting Program

***This is a 4 week program***

5x per week – M/T/W/TH/F Morning & Evening Classes

Discover power you never knew you were capable of. It’s pointless to go to showcases if your metric numbers are not ready to be showcased. The Power Hitting Program is scientifically-designed to increase bat speed and exit velocity.

Morning POWER HITTING class takes place from 10:30-11:30 AM

Evening POWER HITTING class takes place from 6:00-7:00 PM

Get the best of both Summer Speed program and the Power Hitting program with our 2-in-1 pricing. This program best suits athletes looking to commit to reaching their maximum speed and hitting potential.

Morning SPEED + HITTING takes place from 9:30-11:30 AM with the first portion being speed.

Evening SPEED + HITTING takes place from 5:00-7:00 PM with the first portion being speed.

Private Group Training Options

Private Group Training – Option 1

This option is for 1 private hour and 1 scheduled class

Private Group Training – Option 2

This option is for 2 private hour classes.

7-9 Year Olds

Tuesday/Thursday – 4-5PM Workout Class

Athletes will work on both strength and agility training. *Please note this class is a 12 week commitment.

10-12 Year Olds

Monday/Wednesday – 5-6PM Workout Class

Athletes will work on both strength and agility training. *Please note this class is a 12 week commitment.

Tuesday/Thursday – 5-6PM Workout Class

Athletes will work on both strength and agility training. *Please note this class is a 12 week commitment.

13+ Year Olds

Tuesday/Thursday – 6-7PM Workout Class

Athletes will work on both strength and agility training. *Please note this class is a 12 week commitment.

Monday/Wednesday – 6-7PM Workout Class

Tuesday/Thursday – 7-8PM Workout Class

Arm Care – Monday/Wednesday – 7-8PM, Saturday – 10-11AM Workout Class
